Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive will serve as the primary sales person for a larger, more complex property. This role is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling large opportunities with significant revenue potential. The ideal candidate will develop, build, and maintain long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve personal and team-related revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the overall market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and supply and demand.
- Target group accounts, markets, or segments with a focus on proactive solicitation and account saturation.
- Identify, qualify, and solicit new accounts to increase business.
- Closely monitor and achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and grow business of existing accounts.
- Design, develop, and sell creative catered events.
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area. 6 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
