Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Boston, MA | Hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at SS&C Eze. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze weekly collections reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to coordinate client contact and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage daily customer inquiries, delegating issues to the finance team as needed and ensuring timely responses.
  • Reconcile data, invoices, and collections status for both buy-side and sell-side clients.
  • Work closely with the billing team to resolve collections, credits, and client support issues.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
  • Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
  • Positive team player attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with various functional groups and levels of employees.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
