Job Title: Corporate Travel Consultant

At Great Getaways, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our travel management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and car rentals.
  • Utilize industry-leading technology to research, book, and modify travel reservations, ensuring the best options and prices for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on travel policies, visa requirements, and travel insurance options to corporate clients.
  • Proactively monitor changes in travel restrictions, flight schedules, and company travel policies to provide up-to-date guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering high-touch customer service and timely responses to all travel inquiries.
  • Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and refunds, while ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
  • Collaborate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to negotiate rates and secure preferred options for clients.
  • Assist with emergency travel needs or last-minute adjustments to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Using our CRM and industry-leading technology, maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and travel documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Agent or in a similar role in the travel industry.
  • Expertise in using industry-leading technology, such as Sabre GDS, is required.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel management practices and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and complex itineraries with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
