About the JobThis exciting opportunity involves working closely with our front desk team to provide exceptional customer service to tenants and applicants. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to tenants and applicants
- Manage mail-in applications and maintain accurate records
- Scan documents and ensure timely processing
- Schedule conference rooms and reserve equipment as needed
- Answer calls and respond to tenant inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED with some college education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or under direct supervision
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is highly desirable
