10 PM - 6 AM

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Champion:
Be the welcoming presence that greets every customer. Provide assistance, respond to inquiries, and ensure a delightful shopping experience.

Sales Floor Specialist:
Maintain well-stocked shelves, create appealing displays, and keep the store tidy. Your meticulousness will make our location the preferred choice for convenience.

Upselling Specialist:

Perfect the techniques of upselling and suggestive selling, enhancing the customer experience by recommending complementary products.


Brand Advocate:

Promote our brand by encouraging customers to enroll in our loyalty rewards program, showcasing the exclusive benefits and personalized offers available.


Cash Management Expert:
Skillfully operate the cash register, process transactions with a friendly demeanor, and ensure accurate financial handling.

Safety Advocate:
Uphold a secure and inviting environment for both customers and colleagues, adhering to established safety protocols.

Collaborative Team Member:
Work alongside your peers to facilitate smooth operations, always ready to assist where needed.

Facility Maintenance Contributor:
Take pride in keeping the store clean and welcoming.

This includes maintaining restrooms, ensuring the store's interior and exterior are tidy, emptying trash bins, and replenishing window washing stations.


Environmental Steward:

Actively engage in maintaining our outdoor space, contributing to a positive environmental impact and enhancing the customer experience.


Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old.

Availability:
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Communication Skills:
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Mathematical Skills:
Basic math skills are necessary.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Pre-Employment Screening:
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check is required.
