Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and maintain the Red Wing brand reputation through professional sales techniques
  • Input customer details and sales transactions into the RIMS system
  • Assist customers with product fitting and measurements
  • Clearly articulate product features and advantages
  • Facilitate the development of industrial sales leads
  • Work collaboratively with the Mobile Sales Representative on sales and service initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Focus on achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Prior experience in retail or wholesale footwear is preferred

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb, and perform various store maintenance duties.
