Senior Manager of Organic Social Media and Influencer Marketing

About the Role
The Senior Manager of Organic Social Media and Influencer Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of all Social and Influencer Marketing strategy and activations for 816 GPS Services, Inc. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work closely with the team to establish and refine 816 GPS Services, Inc.'s social and influencer marketing and engagement strategies and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our calendar, campaigns and one-off events and experiential activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content and messaging strategies for 816 GPS Services, Inc.'s social media and influencer campaigns, translating business goals, objectives, and KPIs into social-first, brand-aligned content and messaging.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing, leadership, PR team, and external agencies to develop social and influencer campaigns, strategies and talent lists for seasonal programs, store openings, experiential activations and business priorities, inclusive of priority talent.
- Lead briefing and onboarding of influencers for all 816 GPS Services, Inc. campaigns, in partnership with cross-functional, brand marketing, creative and PR teams and aligning with business goals and priorities.
- Liaise with 816 GPS Services, Inc.'s centralized Influencer team to ensure timely and effective execution of Influencer process, inclusive of contracting, gifting, legal, and payment.
- Develop reporting and content organization systems to track campaign metrics, creative and data, and track metrics for 816 GPS Services, Inc. social and influencer partnerships, partnering cross-functionally and calling out opportunities to optimize partners and use of social-first creative based on performance relative to campaign objectives.
- Conduct ongoing research and due diligence to identify new social-first and experiential content opportunities, influencer partners, channels, and audiences that will deliver exceptional value to 816 GPS Services, Inc. and vet influencers for brand safety.
- Proactively identify high-performing Influencer content and opportunities to amplify content for additional impact to business and marketing objectives.
- Continually track influencer outputs, identifying and proactively mitigating any risks to brand safety and suitability and quickly involving additional stakeholders when necessary.
Requirements
- 8+ years marketing experience with 5+ years experience in social and influencer marketing.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors.
- Extensive experience managing social and influencer marketing, inclusive of influencer management, social-first content, and brand messaging for a business services company.
- Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functions.
- Change agent and motivator, with the ability to build bottoms-up teams and approaches, and foster positive culture change at 816 GPS Services, Inc.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, transform enterprise-wide ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking across levels.
