Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager, Social Media Campaigns to join our team at Janie and Jack LLC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, merchants, web, and email, to ensure integrated marketing approaches.
  • Curate and manage our social media content calendar, including photography, graphics, and user-generated content.
  • Project manage creative teams to plan and execute content, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Assist with content creation, including video editing and photo cropping.
  • Schedule and post social content, including weekends as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to follower comments on social media channels, working closely with customer service teams to provide excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related field.
  • 5+ years of social media marketing experience, with corporate brand or agency experience a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, with ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
