Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Monitoring & Engagement: Monitor and manage comments and direct messages across all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Respond to messages and comments in a timely, professional manner, ensuring that all communications adhere to The Last Mile's language and messaging guidelines.
  • Trend Analysis & Strategic Innovation: Track emerging social media trends, and continuously push the marketing department to explore innovative strategies, new platforms, and content opportunities. Be proactive in suggesting and implementing social media campaigns that align with current trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms to maximize engagement.
  • Social Media Analytics: Track social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-throughs, follower growth), analyze the data, and make informed suggestions on how to optimize content and engagement strategies. Generate regular reports on social media activity and success, providing insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for social media and a deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially in tracking and managing communications across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience in social media management or community engagement.
  • Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on maintaining brand consistency and tone.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify trends that can be leveraged to enhance social media engagement.
