We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Campaign Coordinator to join our team at Lamar USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with account executives and customers to build innovative outdoor advertising campaigns that deliver results.
Responsibilities- Prospect new customer leads for the sales team and prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information to customers and coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns sold by the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and track sales expenses.
- Coordinate and monitor the ongoing activities and internal communications related to advertising campaigns to ensure on-time and contractual campaign execution.
- Inform account executives and customers about the current status of advertising campaigns and resolve any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
- Experience in data management and Gmail preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language and proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail applications.
- High level of interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to timely and accurately enter and compile data, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- A Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm work schedule.
- An hourly range of $22/hour dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.
- 120 hours of paid time off (PTO) that increases with tenure.
- 12 paid company holidays, including Presidents Day and Juneteenth.
