Technical Services Support Specialist

As a Technical Services Support Specialist at Tyler Technologies, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the severity of technical issues and determine the best course of action to resolve them.
- Provide support for Windows servers, database administration, and network configurations.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and record all client interactions to promote transparency and understanding.
- Manage open calls and prioritize issues according to published policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Experience administering Windows servers.
- Working knowledge of server hardware and network configurations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced technical environment.
