We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $32.54 - $51.52 per hour. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote informed decision-making and self-care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year RN experience.
