Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality care for our clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of quality care and services to our clients
  • Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure they are providing exceptional care and service
  • Manage client relationships and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services


Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, nursing, social services)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
