About the Role

Glen Raven/Trivantage is seeking a skilled customer service representative to provide exceptional support to internal and external customers. This role requires a deep understanding of company products and programs, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner via email, fax, and phone.
  • Communicate with distribution centers to resolve returns, changes to orders, and backorders.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to provide customers with ETA's on special order items.
  • Provide customer call recordings to distribution center managers.
  • Collaborate with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field with direct interaction with customers.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent computer skills - Excel, Microsoft Office.
