Job Overview

CareerPaths NW is a leader in providing comprehensive HVAC services, including system evaluation, maintenance, and energy efficiency solutions. We are currently in search of a talented Project Engineer who is dedicated to developing innovative HVAC and energy strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to design and execute customized HVAC and energy solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Show a genuine interest in clients' asset management strategies, illustrating how energy-efficient projects can lead to significant cost savings.
  • Build and maintain enduring client relationships by delivering outstanding service and surpassing expectations.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a commitment to professional development within the HVAC field.
  • Support project managers and fellow engineers in project execution, including site visits, blueprint reviews (e.g., AutoCAD), and ensuring project milestones are met.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC sector, with a robust understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency practices.
  • Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of strong client connections.
  • A professional attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Self-driven with a keen desire to enhance knowledge in design and technical drawings, including proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure project success.
