- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC sector, with a solid grasp of HVAC systems and energy optimization techniques.
- Possession of a CEM (Certified Energy Manager) certification is mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish and maintain client relationships.
- A professional attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Self-driven with a keen desire to enhance knowledge in design and technical documentation, including AutoCAD.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and work alongside project managers and engineers to ensure project success.
