The ideal candidate will have at least five years' litigation secretarial experience in a law firm environment. You should have a strong knowledge of office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF. Excellent typing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, transcription, and general clerical skills are essential. A high school diploma or equivalency is required, and an associate degree or related education is desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Preparation of Documents: Prepare documents by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, printing, and transmitting text, data, and graphics using office software applications.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to attorneys, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and scan documents, and maintaining the daily calendar of each attorney.
  • Document Management: Ensure that documents are saved and filed into the appropriate document management system.
  • Qualifications: Five+ years' litigation secretarial experience in a law firm environment; strong knowledge of office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF; excellent typing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, transcription, and general clerical skills; a high school diploma or equivalency is required; an associate degree or related education is desirable.
