Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your expertise in iManage and SharePoint will be invaluable in managing documents, emails, and tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage electronic filing systems, including iManage and SharePoint, to ensure secure and efficient document storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track client information, case details, and billing.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements, recommending software and systems that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
