Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Develop and implement effective office systems to ensure a functional and cost-effective working environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Anticipate and address potential communication gaps, recommend staff development opportunities, and implement action plans to achieve high levels of performance.
- Client Support: Coordinate office coverage, maintain accessibility and support across the organization, and develop contingency plans to cover peak periods.
- Team Development: Develop solutions to team projects, encourage collaboration, and promote a culture of accountability to provide high levels of service to clients and visitors.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives, develop and maintain a team commitment to role model behavior, and formulate and administer assigned budgets.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, and assume responsibility for contributing to department and hospital goals.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Education: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative/support/office management experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and proofing skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; efficient planning and organization; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
