**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drafting and Negotiating M&A Documents: Develop and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents for M&A transactions, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Deal Process Management: Oversee the deal process, including managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion.
- Junior Associate Supervision: Mentor and supervise junior associates in M&A matters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Client Service: Handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A-related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.
**Requirements:**
- 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong M&A skills with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to manage deal processes and client relationships.
- Experience supervising junior associates.
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000. The final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and the candidate's skillset.
