**Requirements:**

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong M&A skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to manage deal processes and client relationships.
  • Experience supervising junior associates.
  • High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000. The final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and the candidate's skillset.
