The compensation range for a Client Service Specialist is $17 - $25 per hour (dependent on experience) plus performance-related bonuses.

Your Responsibilities:

The Client Service Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding customer support to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance by addressing inquiries, interpreting policies, clarifying coverage details, and resolving issues. This role serves as a bridge between the customer and insurance providers, facilitating communication, promoting opportunities, and addressing concerns. While the primary goal is to provide a premium customer experience, there will also be opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.
