- Account Management: Manage client accounts, including renewal negotiations, policy administration, and claims management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our account administrators, account managers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of client service experience in the insurance industry, with a minimum of 5 years of commercial client service experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty coverages and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Development: Ability to attend industry training sessions and complete continuing education requirements to maintain a current insurance license.
