Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and perform mechanical/electrical maintenance to maximize production while ensuring product quality standards are met.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Establish machine repair priorities and troubleshoot machinery in assigned areas of the manufacturing process.
  • Interface with production, quality, engineering, and support functions to ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform repairs and/or PMs having a direct bearing on tire uniformity and quality.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a relevant maintenance position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Journeyman's card relevant to the open position or military background with technical training.
  • Must pass entry-level skills assessment in the craft relevant to the open position.
  • Must be able to pass a company physical, including a hair drug screen.
