Mechanical Maintenance Job Description

Mechanical Maintenance is a critical role at Michelin, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will play a key part in maintaining the health and efficiency of our equipment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant maintenance position preferred.
  • Associates degree or journeyman's card in a related field may be substituted for experience.
  • Ability to pass a company physical and hair drug screen.
