We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant maintenance position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Journeyman's card or equivalent certification in a relevant trade.
  • Ability to pass a company physical, including a hair drug screen.
