Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment is operating within specifications
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques to improve maintenance efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role; journeyman's card or relevant certification a plus
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
