Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew members to ensure smooth and effective restaurant operations.

  • Physical Requirements: The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Regular physical activity is expected.
