Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:
As a Floor Manager at Din Tai Fung, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. Your focus will be on the front-of-house operations, which includes managing Din Tai Fung's brand standards, ensuring service meets expectations, managing inventories, and controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the restaurant's front-of-house operations, including managing Din Tai Fung's brand standards and ensuring service meets expectations.
Manage inventories and control costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the company's standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience or education.
Managers Food Handlers Card.
Flexible work schedule, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email.
Positive and professional attitude.
Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team.
Basic cooking skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed.
