Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a front desk or housekeeping role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret guest data analytics.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
