Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Courtyard San Diego Oceanside. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of the guest experience in main areas of the hotel, with a focus on providing personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Empower guests to feel at home by providing a wide range of services, including meal delivery and local area recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a safe and welcoming work environment.
  • Meet or exceed quality standards and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification necessary.
