- Take ownership of the guest experience in main areas of the hotel, with a focus on providing personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Empower guests to feel at home by providing a wide range of services, including meal delivery and local area recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and maintain a safe and welcoming work environment.
- Meet or exceed quality standards and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification necessary.
