Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare Solutions

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute product marketing strategies for our healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
- Develop and maintain messaging, positioning, and related deliverables to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Support linked marketing functions in demand generation activities, including key industry events and ServiceNow event programs.
- Participate in sales pipeline coverage discussions and diagnose opportunities to improve.
- Create strategic marketing plans and activities for our healthcare and life sciences service management and clinical device management products.
- Coordinate release-related deliverables, including messaging and positioning, internal communications, PR, and updates to existing content or messaging BoMs.
- Represent our products and Product and Solution Marketing in key meetings, on stages, and in customer engagements.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or industry marketing (healthcare).
- Excellent messaging skills, based on value and benefits.
- Comfort level with technology and a drive to maintain knowledge of the ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Natural empathy for and understanding of customer needs across multiple types of organizations.
- Ability to create ideas for how our products can make customers and partners more successful.
- Passion about our products and the possibilities of shaping the future of how people work.
- Comfort with public speaking, technology demonstrations, and writing keynotes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and influence management skills.
- A passion for coaching others and a win-as-a-team mentality.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $140,000 - $245,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
