As an Electronic Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing growth strategies for target markets and customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Secure new customers with long-term partnership potential and strategic value.
  • Manage assigned accounts, developing plans and strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing market reviews and develop targeted customer penetration strategies.
  • Execute on relationship development and new business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set goals and performance objectives on a quarterly basis.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer value. Understand their goals, market requirements, and direction.
  • Tailor presentations and sales/marketing materials to meet specific customer needs and highlight our latest capabilities.
  • Lead the identification of new target customers and markets, ensuring seamless coordination between potential customers and KimCo's Customer Service and internal support teams.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting internal needs and providing exceptional external customer support.
  • Assist in quoting new products and re-quoting existing products.
  • Identify current and future customer service requirements by building rapport with potential customers and key stakeholders within their organizations.
  • Stay informed about our competitors to establish targets, long-term fit, technology direction, and certifications.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Development role with a strong field sales background.
  • Proven experience in Electronic Manufacturing Sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the electronics industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Success in driving business expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and email communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal KimCo staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, drive, and motivation. Determined and self-motivated.

This role may require remote work and travel.
