About the Role
This Medical Assistant position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records while ensuring seamless patient care transitions. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient services and support, utilizing your expertise in patient registration, vital sign collection, and supply management. As a critical member of our clinical team, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Patient Registration: Accurately collect and update patient demographic and clinical information, using established protocols to ensure timely and efficient processing
• Vital Sign Collection: Take accurate measurements of vital signs, document results, and notify healthcare providers as needed
• Supply Management: Order, stock, and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, adhering to established protocols for optimal storage and handling
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, test coordination, and other administrative functions supporting patient care delivery
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, communicating patient information and status updates to ensure smooth care transitions

Qualifications
For consideration, you must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and Basic Life Support certification. Prior experience in a medical setting is beneficial, but not required. You should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
