Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage office staff to guarantee optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues, providing necessary information to staff, patients, and administration.
  • Ensure that all operational functions, including scheduling, patient registration, clinical care, and discharge processes, are executed professionally and in line with established protocols.
  • Oversee billing and collections, ensuring adherence to cash handling policies and managing office expenses.
  • Responsible for maintaining employee schedules, managing physician appointments, and ensuring accurate medical record keeping.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and quality management initiatives to uphold the highest standards of care.
Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Associates Degree (Preferred)
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a medical office setting (Required)
At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (Preferred)
