Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding our product portfolio within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new small commercial accounts, including convenience stores, small independent groceries, and bodegas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Solicit placement of equipment, sell sufficient product inventory, and execute promotions while adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines.
  • Monitor the competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities.
  • Provide excellent service to assigned accounts, create and maintain goodwill with all customers, and take ownership of personal safety and that of co-workers and the public.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales/delivery experience.
  • Strong face-to-face sales/negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Service-oriented and able to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
  • Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks, including variable start/end times.
