Sales and Customer Service Representative

Join a dynamic team at Synerfac Technical Staffing as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in identifying and developing new sales opportunities, working closely with our sales representatives to understand customer needs, and providing technical support to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct research to identify potential new customers.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and other methods.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure a smooth process across all transactions.
- Experience with fasteners, nuts, bolts, and similar products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A passion for sales and customer service.
- Experience with SyteLine ERP system by Infor is a plus.
