Position Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager for Engineered Floors, LLC is tasked with driving sales of flooring solutions within a designated area. This role focuses on cultivating strong customer relationships that lead to sustainable and profitable sales growth. Effective management and strategic coverage of accounts within the assigned territory are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new client accounts to enhance sales performance.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and foster enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Communicate potential challenges or concerns to the District or Regional Manager.
  • Exhibit skills in navigating obstacles and temporary setbacks.
  • Understand and address customer needs and hesitations.
  • Demonstrate persistence and determination in achieving sales targets.
  • Showcase exceptional presentation and sales abilities through organized account management and tailored strategies for each client.
  • Utilize samples and sales tools effectively to support sales efforts.
  • Leverage technical skills for efficient digital management of sales processes and accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Experience in outside sales is essential; industry-specific sales experience is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant technology is necessary.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
