Job Summary

Curtis Media Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Professional to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling digital campaigns across a wide range of digital products, working closely with our technology partner, Digital Coordinator, and Digital General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Work directly with digital clients, prospects, and company account executives to support their needs and communicate client expectations.
  • Campaign Development: Utilize the digital sales process to create digital campaigns for prospective clients, including Client Needs Analysis, Client Pitch Presentations, and Closing of the Sale.
  • Project Management: Track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews, and approval for campaign launches, ensuring all online ads are being worked on and deadlines are being achieved.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaigns to ensure all campaigns are hitting the promised impressions goals and spots during their flights, adjusting priority levels as appropriate.
  • Campaign Reporting: Review performance reports for all digital campaigns and present results to the client.
  • Client Communication: Work directly with clients to ensure campaign execution and performance meet their standards.

Qualifications

  • Organization and Follow-Through: Critical skills for this position, including a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and high achievement with a sales drive.
  • Professional Demeanor: Comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with clients, demonstrating the ability to successfully collaborate with various team environments with dynamic priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Performance Marketing: In-depth knowledge of performance marketing with a special focus on digital advertising, including self-motivation and strategic thinking with a bias towards action.
  • Partnership and Influencing Skills: Strong partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to uncover new opportunities to acquire customers efficiently and at scale through well-developed relationships with core channel partners and media agencies.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with digital marketing campaigns and/or sales experience.
