Key Responsibilities

- Assisting the Store Manager in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing top talent.
- Providing direct coaching, feedback, and training to associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communicating expectations clearly and training the team on customer engagement and store operations to build a cohesive unit.
- Managing expenses effectively to optimize sales and profitability.
- Creating a productive environment by equipping the store team with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve sales and customer engagement goals.
Qualifications for Success
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to achieve business objectives through effective team leadership.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business.
