About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and demands.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-caliber and diverse workforce.
  • Develop and administer performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
  • Oversee and administer employee compensation, benefit programs, and HR policies.
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and analysis.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in compensation & benefits, HR policies, and employee relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters in HRM will be a plus.
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
