We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Academy Development Manager. As a key member of our global People and Performance team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our Academy program.
Key Responsibilities- Academy Program Development: Assist in the ongoing build out and scale of the global OJ Academy program, ensuring it remains a best-in-class learning and development platform.
- Talent Attraction and Acquisition: Attract and recruit top talent for the Academy Consultant role, with a focus on identifying and selecting high-potential individuals.
- Interviews and Onboarding: Conduct first-stage interviews and assist with the induction and onboarding process for new Academy Consultants.
- Training and Development: Deliver group training sessions, review and create new training content, and provide one-to-one coaching to Academy Consultants.
- Recruitment and Sales: Plan and manage recruitment sales days, coordinate shadowing sessions, and provide feedback to improve the overall recruitment process.
- Marketing and Communication: Positively market the Academy both internally and externally, ensuring its visibility and reputation are maintained.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including Academy hiring, attrition, and graduation numbers, as well as associate billing performance and experience and engagement scores.
