This includes Armed Security Officers, Transport Agents, and Installation Technicians. This is a great entry level opportunity to further your career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.


Job Duties:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding; working closely with the hiring manager and operations teams
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Screen applicants and select qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews; both in person and virtual
  • Source candidates through databases and social networks
  • Proactively identify future hiring needs
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR and leadership teams
  • Assist with processing background checks
  • Support various projects
  • Participate in required trainings
Requirements:

  • Recruiting experience and firm understanding of recruiting and human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Team player w/ advanced problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our office in Rolling Meadows, IL
