Job Summary: Sidwell Friends School is seeking an experienced professional to join our enrollment management team as an Assistant Director of Admissions. This is a full-time, 12-month position that will report to the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid.

As a key member of our team, the Assistant Director of Admissions will provide support to the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management and work closely with colleagues, students, parents, and other groups to promote the school and manage all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enrollment management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will be responsible for recruiting prospective families, representing the school at admissions events, and analyzing enrollment trends to inform strategic decisions.
