Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Revenue Analytics Analyst to join our team in New York City. This role is essential in providing analytical and operational support to our commercial teams. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted business partner while ensuring that data-driven decision-making is at the forefront of our operations. The Analyst will play a pivotal role in generating insights that drive revenue through comprehensive data analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an analytics partner for the Business Development and Client Services teams to identify significant revenue opportunities, develop insightful analyses, and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to create reports and automate dashboards.
  • Construct complex financial models from the ground up to support contract negotiations alongside Business Development leaders, delivering valuable insights.
  • Enhance resource allocation through analytical support, report generation, and the establishment of key performance metrics while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with new initiatives and perform ad hoc analyses as necessary.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a professional capable of managing complex projects from inception to completion, collaborating cross-functionally, and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, adept at problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and driving continuous improvement with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in FP&A, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA/MS) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising or the internet is advantageous.
  • Experience in building detailed financial models that yield easily digestible insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to senior management.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning, with the ability to educate others on how industry changes impact key performance indicators.
  • Experience in implementing processes and developing reports in collaboration with Business Intelligence and System Engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with SQL or Python for query writing and report creation in Oracle is beneficial.
