Role Overview:

We are in search of a Revenue Analytics Analyst to join our team in New York City. This role will provide essential analytical and operational support to our commercial teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Analytics, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted business partner while ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. The Analyst will play a crucial role in generating revenue-enhancing insights through comprehensive data analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an analytics partner for the Business Development and Client Services teams to pinpoint significant revenue opportunities, develop insightful analyses, and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to create reports and automate dashboards.
  • Construct intricate models from the ground up to assist in contract negotiations alongside Business Development leaders, delivering valuable insights.
  • Enhance resource allocation through supporting analyses and the development of reports and key performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with new initiatives and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
Candidate Profile:

We seek a professional capable of managing complex projects from inception to completion, collaborating across functions, and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, adept at problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and driving continuous improvement with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in FP&A, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or MS degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising or the internet is advantageous.
  • Experience in building detailed financial models that yield easily interpretable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to senior management.
  • Intellectually curious, with a proactive approach to learning and educating others about how industry changes impact key performance indicators.
  • Experience in implementing processes and generating reports in collaboration with Business Intelligence and System Engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with SQL or Python for report creation are beneficial.
  • Demonstrates high personal and professional integrity, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
