Job Summary

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. As a PCO Provider Liaison, you will play a vital role in strengthening engagement and facilitating a positive experience for PCO providers and provider hiring leaders through the preboarding and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with new providers from offer accepted through start date (preboarding)
  • Act as single point-of-contact (POC) for new providers and provider hiring leaders to provide a white-glove experience
  • Review Workday New Hire Report and compare it to the new provider tracker for accuracy
  • Participate in Weekly New Provider Onboarding Prep Meeting to provide preboarding status updates
  • Monitor new provider and provider hiring leader preboarding tasks and help resolve issues
  • Submit requests for new provider access profiles and equipment based on provisioning matrices
  • Facilitate New Provider Onboarding Prep Meetings with markets and participate in Monthly Provider Onboarding Committee Meetings
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in provider relations/recruitment, practice management, provider contracting, clinical operations, or related experience
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, independent decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to diffuse conflict
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office and visual platforms
