Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hospital case managers and physicians to identify patients in need of transition to acute rehabilitation or critical illness recovery hospitals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, educating them on services provided by our hospitals and promoting our programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring referrer satisfaction and account retention.
- Deliver educational programs, hospital tours, and meetings to patients, families, and healthcare professionals in assigned hospitals.
- Develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines, creating quarterly goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the VP/Director of Business Development to identify opportunities for expansion of strategic business initiatives.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
- Demonstrated familiarity with hospital admissions procedures.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a minimum of one year of experience in a related position.
