Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Select Medical. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in identifying and transitioning patients into the next level of care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hospital case managers and physicians to identify patients in need of transition to acute rehabilitation or critical illness recovery hospitals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, educating them on services provided by our hospitals and promoting our programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring referrer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Deliver educational programs, hospital tours, and meetings to patients, families, and healthcare professionals in assigned hospitals.
  • Develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines, creating quarterly goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the VP/Director of Business Development to identify opportunities for expansion of strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with hospital admissions procedures.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a minimum of one year of experience in a related position.
