Job Title: Materials Management Supervisor

Location: Maine and New Hampshire

About the Role:

The Materials Management Supervisor will oversee the assigned location activity, including personnel, controlled inventory locations, and record keeping/administrative functions in the ERP system. This position ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehousing, shipping, receiving, and handling of materials
  • Supervise transport of materials to and from departments
  • Ensure material needs are met throughout the organization in a timely and accurate manner
  • Authorize personnel actions and oversee day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience in inventory control
  • Minimum 3 years of related field experience
  • Strong math skills and ability to convert units of measurement
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
