Real Estate and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at InterMed, P.A. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities department, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
Duties- Manage the overall operations of the facilities department, including personnel management, budgeting, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and CMS requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
- Coordinate resolution of facilities problems for larger, escalated issues.
- Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a facilities or maintenance field, with at least three years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as plant engineering or factory/plant maintenance.
- Certification as a Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) is preferred.
- An estimated annual salary of $83,000 to $110,000 based on experience.
