Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for our compliance infrastructure, focusing on scalable, user-friendly solutions that adapt to evolving global regulations.
  • Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs, gathering direct feedback from customers and translating complex compliance requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to understand requirements and incorporate them into our planning, ensuring a cohesive approach to compliance across Stripe's product ecosystem.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and automate compliance processes, reducing friction for users while maintaining rigorous standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help users proactively manage their compliance obligations, turning a potential burden into a competitive advantage.
  • Partner with legal and policy teams to stay ahead of regulatory changes and translate them into product requirements.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on building platform products and serving both internal and external customers/stakeholders.
  • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship, particularly those involving complex systems.
  • A consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous 0-to-1 projects, demonstrating ability to navigate uncertainty and create structure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders across organizations and borders.
  • Exceptional communications skills, able to summarize and express complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner, tailoring your message to diverse audiences from technical teams to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
